When we inquired to the manager another 15 minutes later on how much longer it would be for our pizza she proclaimed that they were super busy and only had one oven to cook all the food. When the waitress did return, around the time we had been waiting for our pizzas for 45 minutes, she asked us if we wanted anything else. Exchange ended pleasantly enough as she took our order but we never saw her again while we waited 30+ minutes for our appetizer. Waitress when greeting us said she thought we had already been helped because we had drinks due to ordering at the bar (as instructed by the manager to do so while waiting for a table).

After being seated for 10 minutes we had to locate the manager to enquirer on how to order since. Had to wait for a table despite being able to see half the tables empty. Would not recommend!
